Taylor Swift has another pricey lawsuit on her hands. Swift is being sued for $42 Million dollars over the lyrics to “Shake It Off’

According to The New York Daily,  R&B artist Jesse Graham claims the pop star stole lyrics from his song “Haters Gone Hate.”

To be more specific the line, “Haters gonna hate, players gonna play,” which does appear in the chorus of the 2014 hit.

If you ask Graham he claims “If I didn’t write the song ‘Haters Gone Hate,’ there wouldn’t be a song called ‘Shake It Off.”

Yes,

the two phrases are common, buuut the two songs, well they’re completely different even though he thinks the “hook is the same” as his.

So here lies the real question, did she actually take them from him?

Graham wants writing credit as well. Originally when he contacted Swift’s team, he asked for writing credit and *facepalm* a selfie.

Do yourself a favor and listen to her song again along with his song and see for yourself!

A cop turned a confrontation between a group of girls into a dance off!

A group of girls were about to get into a fight when a few officers were called. One of the deputies decided using force would be a bad idea. So instead she decided to challenge them to a dance off and one of the girls accepted her challenge.

The officers actions turned out to be successful defused the fight!

Binge watching The Walking Dead leads to WHAT?!

Did you know…

If you binge-watch the The Walking Dead everyone you encounter looks like a zombie afterwards?!

Well at least that’s how it works for Damon Perry.

Perry was charged with murder after killing his friend, Christopher Paquin, because “he thought he was turning into a zombie.” Police reported that he kicked, punched, and used sharp-edged objects and items including a guitar and a microwave oven to kill him.

Apparently Perry was binge watching while binge-drinking with his buddy when he started to turn into a zombie.

Remember Kids, don’t binge drink and watch or you’ll turn into a zombie.

Blackhawks Are Ready For The Playoffs

The Chicago Blackhawks Released Their 2015 Playoff Promo!

 

The Blackhawks first game is against the Nashville Predators.

The goaltenders for the game will be Nashville’s Pekka Rinne (41-17-6; 6, 2.18, .923) vs Chicago’s Corey Crawford (32-20-5;2.27, .924). It feels as if Nashville has an edge in their net because Rinner is a likely Vezina Trophy finalist, but do they really? Crawford numbers are very similar AND he owns a Stanley Cup championship ring.

The games key matchup is Nashville’s Mike Ribeiro vs. Chicago’s Jonathan Toews. Ribeiro had an impressive season, but is it really fair to wonder if he will measure up against playoff-proven Jonathan Toews? The Predators need a extradorinary game from him to beat the Blackhawks.

The Blackhawks could definitely pull a win for this game. This is a confident team with great players who know how to do just that. In the past six seasons, they have won 2 championships together and 57 playoffs games. The teams core players have been together for quite sometime now. The Blackhawks have better special teams than the Predators. Even though it’s not by much, their power play should be more dangerous. Another key reason the Blackhawks can definitely win is because they have a great transition game. They are able to go from offense to defense in the blink of an eye!

Both teams have had injuries this season. The Predators have Franson and Fisher who are day-to-day. And the Blackhawks have Patrick Kane who as just medically cleared to play, which means he will be playing this series at some point!

I must say that this is very exciting series! Especially considering the possible return of Patrick Kane! Coach Q won’t give an exact statement on Kane’s return but he is very positive!

Kane practiced on ice WITHOUT his don’t-touch-me sweater! And how is he looking? Well, great actually!

 

Kane missed the last 21 games of the regular season due to a broken collarbone. The practice that indicated medical clearance from the doctors happened Monday morning. The original timeline estimated 10-12 weeks of downtime but he is now coming back in great shape, taking full force and great shots just 8 weeks later! Kane does realize the consequences of coming back too soon, before he is fully ready. “You never really know with this kind of thing,” Kane told the Chicago Tribune. “It’s one of those things you feel good but you still have to be patient with it. I’m not sure exactly how long it will be but I feel pretty good right now.” Monday afternoon, Chicago Blackhawks head team physician, Dr. Michael Terry, gave clearance to Kane for full participation. This does mean a Game 1 start is very likely:

Patrick Kane suffered a broken left clavicle on February 24, and underwent successful surgery to repair the fracture on February 25. Patrick has been working extremely diligently with his rehabilitation and has recently returned to full-contact practice without any difficulty. After discussions with Patrick and the team, and examining Patrick today, we collectively feel it is appropriate, with minimal risk, for him to return to full participation.

Even if Kane decides to sit out Game 1, it is extremely likely he’ll see some ice time at some point during the series.

Hearing all this great news makes tonight feel like Christmas Eve waiting for the big game!

Justin Bieber Gets Put In A Chokehold!

It seems as if Justin Bieber causes nothing but trouble! The latest Bieber gossip is that he was kicked out of Coachella Sunday night! But of course not before he was put in a chokehold by security!

Bieber and his entourage walked to the artists entrance where Drake was performing. They were stopped by security who told them they were at capacity and they were not allowed in. Bieber and his crew had th proper wrist bands to enter and they even showed security these bands.

According to TMZ, an eyewitness told them Bieber was arguing with security saying he could not stand in the normal section because he would be bombarded by fans. Apparently security was not dealing with Justin’s excuses and asked him to leave.  According to Bieber Drake personally invited him to see the performance and had been waiting to see him all weekend. Bieber would not leave and it definitely made security extremely mad!

After the drama started a Coachella staffer came up to Bieber and claimed she would escort him into the artist’s area. She grabbed jim by the arm and began walking him and his security team inside, when Coachella security lost it. They came up from behind Bieber and put him in a chokehold. It’s being said that Bieber’s team got into it with the security and the singer was then ordered to leave the festival.

Sources say Bieber left voluntarily, and they are considering legal action against the security guards.

Oh, Justin what are we going to do with you always causing trouble!

Ryan Reynolds Must Be A Superhero!

Ryan Reynolds was hit by a car in a hotel parking lot Friday in Canada.

38 year-old Ryan is in Canada filming Deadpool while sadly his wife, Blake Lively, can’t be there with him because Blake is in LA working on press work for her film The Age of Adaline.

Thank the Lord Ryan was unharmed in the hit. The Hollywood Reporter, reports that his publicist confirmed that the driver- a paparazzi- had fled the scene after the accident. Ryan’s piublicist, Leslie Sloane said “While walking, Ryan was struck by a paparazzi driving a car through and underground parking garage,” She also said “The man fled the scene. Ryan is OK.”

Well we are glad to hear that he is OK! But seriously not only is Ryan Reynolds cute but invincible too?  He tweeted jokingly about the accident referring too a popular Canadian show that ended in the 90’s:

Well if Ryan can joke about it we know he’s going to be okay!

And seriously paparazzi, we know you have a job but do you really have to do it like that?
